Koçtaş Western Union Gave Me Less Money Than Sent—Unfair Exchange Rate

I went to Koçtaş Western Union to collect a euro transfer, but they refused to give me my money in euros, claiming they had none available. Instead, they offered to pay me in dollars, but at an extremely unfair exchange rate of ₺37 per dollar, causing me to lose ₺800 in the process.

After speaking with others, I discovered that this isn’t an isolated incident—many people have experienced the same issue at this location. It seems like a deliberate tactic to shortchange customers by forcing conversions at lower rates.

This is completely unacceptable! Koçtaş Western Union must stop these deceptive practices immediately and ensure customers receive the full amount they are entitled to. I demand a refund for the missing amount and an official explanation!
