Cannot Receive Western Union Transfer via Akbank Mobile
I live in Germany and recently sent money via Western Union to my Akbank account in Turkey. However, when I try to collect the money through Akbank Mobile, I receive an error message stating that the selected currency does not match the transfer details and that I should check and try again.
I have an EUR account, and the MTCN is correct. This is a transaction I’ve done many times before without any issues. The money has already been withdrawn from my German bank account, yet I am unable to access it in Turkey.
I need an urgent resolution to this issue. If this is a system error, Western Union and Akbank must fix it immediately. I cannot afford to have my money stuck due to technical issues. I request immediate support and clarification on how to proceed.
