I’ve Played WePlay for 2 Years But the Lucky Wheel Never Opens on My Account

I’ve been actively playing WePlay for almost two years, and despite this, the lucky wheel feature has never once appeared on my account. My user ID is 97744795. I really enjoy the game and have invested a lot of time into it, but this missing feature is frustrating and unfair.

I even reached out via the in-game Instagram support channel, but never received a response. It feels like I’m being ignored, and it’s disappointing to see other users getting rewards from the lucky wheel while I have no access to it at all.

WePlay, I’m requesting that the lucky wheel be activated on my account. Please resolve this issue and give all users equal access to game features. I’m a loyal player, and I simply want to enjoy everything the game has to offer.
