Spin the Wheel Not Working on My WePlay Account Despite VIP Status

I have been an active WePlay user for a long time under the username ¹⁹𝐕𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐍⁰⁷, and I frequently make deposits into my account. However, since the day I opened my account, the Spin the Wheel feature has never been active.
To fix this, I even upgraded to VIP status, deleted and reinstalled the app, and logged out and back in multiple times, but the feature has never unlocked. Because of this, I have missed out on many rewards, promotions, and opportunities, which caused me real frustration and disappointment.
I reported this issue to WePlay customer support, but they did not provide any solution or assistance. Despite supporting the platform and other users with my in-game spending, the absence of the Spin the Wheel feature has left me feeling unfairly treated and significantly reduced my enjoyment of the game.
I am requesting that the Spin the Wheel feature be activated on my account immediately and that my loss be compensated.
