Unable to Log Into My Weplay Account on Redmi 10 Despite Correct Credentials
For almost one year, I have been unable to log into the Weplay game on my Redmi 10 smartphone. Each time I try to access my account, the app requests my phone number and verification code. Even though I enter the information correctly, I constantly receive the error message: “This account is already linked to another device.”
I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including deleting and reinstalling the app and even attempting login with a different phone number, but the problem persists. I always attempt to log in with my Google account, yet I am still blocked from accessing the game.
I want to note that I have not made any payments within the game, and my device is not under warranty. I live in Ankara and, until now, I have not been able to get in touch with Weplay customer support for assistance.
I am requesting that Weplay restore access to my account as soon as possible and fix this technical issue. Players should not lose access to their accounts due to system errors, especially after such a long time.
