WePlay Ignored My Appeals After Permanently Banning My Device
My WePlay account with ID number 83777337 received a permanent device ban on April 26 between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM while I was simply in a chat room. My session was suddenly closed, and the account was permanently banned without warning. Until that day, my account had never received any type of ban, penalty, or restriction. While other users around me were reportedly receiving only temporary bans, my account was directly subjected to a permanent device ban, which feels both unfair and completely unexplained.
The only reason given to me was an accusation of “sexual misconduct,” yet absolutely no evidence, screenshots, recordings, or concrete proof related to this claim has been provided. Within approximately three months, I spent between $2,800 and $3,100 on the application, and despite that, my account was closed without any prior notification or proper explanation, causing me serious frustration and financial loss.
I contacted the support team to understand the situation and file an appeal, but no screenshots, records, or detailed explanations were shared with me. The support team only repeated the accusation of sexual misconduct without providing any additional information, and I was later blocked from the live support system as well. There is also no phone number or alternative official communication channel available where I can properly discuss the issue.
I request that the serious accusations made against me be supported with concrete evidence, that the permanent device ban — which I believe was issued unfairly — be removed, and that my account be restored. Otherwise, due to both the accusations made against me and the financial and emotional damages I have suffered, I intend to file an official complaint with the prosecutor’s office and pursue legal action.
