Weplay Blocks Device Despite Clean Account History


I have been a user of the Weplay app for nearly two years, actively contributing time and effort to the platform. About eight months ago, while using my account (ID 27428141) on an Android device, I received a device ban without justification, and since then I have been unable to access my account.
I have never displayed aggressive behavior in the app, never argued with anyone, and never engaged in offensive, abusive, or rule-breaking conduct. Despite this, my account—along with the accounts of several other users—has been permanently banned, and no explanation has been provided.
Even though I contacted Weplay support, I have not received a satisfactory explanation or solution regarding the ban. I request that my account, into which I invested significant time and effort, be reviewed, and that the unjust device ban be lifted as soon as possible.
