WePlay Banned My Device Without Warning After Years of Use

I’ve been using the WePlay app for over 2.5 years with the account ID 560526. Throughout this time, I’ve never even received a chat ban, yet suddenly, around 11:00 PM, my account was hit with a permanent device ban. This is incredibly upsetting—I’ve put countless hours and effort into building this account, and to be shut out like this without proper explanation is extremely unfair.

If I’ve made a mistake, I want to know what it was and see the evidence. But from what I can tell, I was banned just because I shared a screenshot after someone sent inappropriate messages to my friend. And now, I’m the one being punished with a lifetime ban? That’s absurd.

WePlay, lift this ban immediately. I’m not asking for special treatment—I just want transparency and justice. If I don’t get a resolution, I will pursue legal action against WePlay Anonim Şirketi. Please review my case properly and reinstate my access. I deserve better after years of loyal use.
