Weplay Device Mismatch Problem Blocking Login, Requesting Account Access Restoration
For the past three days, I haven’t been able to log into the Weplay game from my iPhone. Every time I try to access my account, I keep getting the message: “This account is already linked to another device,” and I cannot enter the game.
I deleted and reinstalled the app, but the issue did not improve at all. I haven’t contacted the support team yet because I believe this is a system-related error.
I request that the device binding associated with my Weplay account be checked and corrected, and that the login block be removed so I can access my account again without any issues.
