On April 18, 2025, at around 1:00 AM, I attempted to purchase 1,800 gold on my WePlay account (ID: 86439867) using 130₺. Although the app processed the transaction, it turns out my account had insufficient balance, which I only realized the next morning.
I immediately contacted customer support, explained the situation, and paid the 130₺ as requested. Initially, they said my account would be reactivated after the payment—but then they changed their decision, claiming my account would only be reopened if I repaid 499,998 gold, which they now price at ₺23,199.99.
They accuse me of purchasing that amount and withdrawing it back, yet there is no official transaction, charge, or refund record in my Apple or bank statements to prove this ever happened. Their claim is completely baseless, and my account was unjustly suspended.
