My WePlay Account Was Unfairly Banned for Age Restriction
My WePlay account was wrongfully suspended several months ago on the grounds that I am under 13 years old, which is completely untrue. I am of legal age, and as a result of this false claim, both my account and Android device were banned from the platform.
When my account was closed, I lost access to all game activities, including hundreds of gold gifts I had sent, my upgraded account level, and my friends and contacts in the game. I reached out to WePlay customer support and explained the situation in full detail, but they did not provide any real assistance or a reasonable explanation. They simply kept insisting that I was under 13.
Because my account is banned, I cannot access or share my username or customer ID. I am requesting a review of this unfair ban, that my account and device be reinstated, and that I regain access to my game progress, gifts, and friends.
