I Face Missing Gold Purchase on Weplay After ₺510 Bank Transfer
On August 7, 2025, I attempted to purchase gold on Weplay by transferring ₺510 via Ziraat Bank to my account (ID: 27924638). The transaction went through without any error message, yet the gold was never credited to my account. Instead, the money remained in the bank transfer record and did not appear in my Weplay balance.
This is the first time I have experienced such an issue. In the past, I tried similar transactions five or six times, and each time the process was rejected and the funds were never added to my account. I still have the official receipt for this payment as proof.
I have not yet been able to reach Weplay customer service, but I expect this matter to be handled promptly. I request that the ₺510 I transferred either be added to my account immediately or refunded without delay. This situation needs urgent resolution to avoid further inconvenience.
