I Face Unauthorized Transactions on My WePlay Account Totaling ₺30,000

Through the WePlay app, multiple transactions have been carried out without my knowledge or consent by my younger brother at different times and in varying amounts. In August alone, ₺30,000 was spent, and in previous months, several other payments of different amounts were also made. These included in-game purchases, balance top-ups, and other transactions. The most recent unauthorized charge was on August 30, 2025, for ₺2,500, and there is also a pending ₺570 transaction that could not be processed due to insufficient funds.

All of these transactions were made using my İş Bankası card and took place on my WePlay account registered under the username İlayda and the email address y************@gmail.com**. I only discovered this today, and none of these payments were approved by me. Up until now, I have not taken any action to block my card or account, but these unauthorized charges have caused me significant distress and financial loss.

I am requesting that WePlay refund the full amount of these unauthorized charges to my account immediately. Additionally, I demand that WePlay take proper security measures to ensure that no further unauthorized deposits or purchases can occur on my account without my explicit approval.
