I am writing to report a completely unauthorized transaction on my card related to WePlay, with transaction ID 81710635. This purchase was made by a 13-year-old child without my knowledge or consent, and the money was used to make in-game purchases.
I absolutely do not accept this charge, and I’m formally requesting a full refund. The money was taken from my account without permission, and I am currently using that account to support my household—this unexpected deduction has seriously impacted me.
I’ve already spent the rest of my funds, and I’m not in a position to absorb this kind of expense. I urge you to review this situation promptly and return the withdrawn amount. This was not an intentional or authorized transaction, and I should not be held financially responsible for it.
