For about a year, WePlay has been charging my account without my knowledge or consent. I wasn’t even aware of these payments because my younger sibling was using the app. The money deducted was not authorized by me, and I never approved these transactions.

I am demanding a full refund for the unauthorized charges. I did not agree to these payments, and WePlay has no right to keep my money. This is completely unacceptable, and I expect a response as soon as possible.

WePlay, I need this resolved immediately. Process my refund and stop charging me without permission! I am waiting for a prompt response.
