I Want My WePlay Account Closed and My Money Refunded for an Unauthorized Deposit

I’m requesting the permanent closure of my WePlay account (ID: 525736PSG-Panda) and a full refund of the money deposited into it. The funds were added without my knowledge—my younger sibling made the transaction using my account, and I did not approve or authorize it.

This was done completely outside of my consent, and I shouldn't be held responsible for charges I didn’t approve. I reached out to WePlay to reverse the payment, but I haven’t received any assistance so far. This lack of support is extremely disappointing, especially for a platform handling real money.

WePlay, I’m asking for immediate action:

Permanently close my account

Refund the full amount that was deposited

Please take this matter seriously and respond as soon as possible. I expect a full resolution without further delay.
