I Keep Getting Charged by WePlay Even Though I Haven’t Used the App in Months

I am very frustrated with WePlay for continuing to withdraw money from my account despite the fact that I haven’t used the app in months. I never authorized any recurring payments, and I haven't played any games or interacted with the app in a long time. Yet, my bank keeps sending me notifications about charges being made by WePlay.
This is completely unfair and unacceptable. I demand that the money taken without my consent be immediately refunded to my account. If I’m not using your platform, you have no right to take my money. I don’t care if it’s a subscription error—this needs to be fixed now.
WePlay, review your billing system and stop charging inactive users. I expect a prompt response and full reimbursement of all unauthorized charges.
