WePlay Banned Me for Being Under 13 – I’m Old Enough, But They Won’t Lift the Ban

WePlay banned me because they think I’m under 13, but I’m actually turning 14-15 years old soon! I even contacted customer support, but they didn’t help or provide any clear answers.
To prove my age, I submitted my ID as requested by the admins, but nothing changed—they still haven’t lifted my ban. This is incredibly frustrating! If WePlay requires verification, why won’t they accept my documents and fix the issue?
I need my ban removed immediately so I can access my account again. WePlay, review my case properly and restore my account! I should not be permanently locked out because of an incorrect assumption.
