WePlay banned me because they think I’m under 13, but I’m actually turning 14-15 years old soon! I even contacted custom...er support, but they didn’t help or provide any clear answers. To prove my age, I submitted my ID as requested by the admins, but nothing changed—they still haven’t lifted my ban.
