I Got Wrongfully Device Banned by WePlay and I Want My Access Restored

My WePlay account has been wrongfully hit with a device ban, and I am beyond frustrated. I’ve done absolutely nothing wrong, yet I’ve suddenly lost access without warning or justification. This ban came out of nowhere, and I demand that it be lifted immediately.

I’ve been using the app regularly and responsibly, and there was no reason for my device to be banned. I understand that security measures must be in place to prevent abuse, but punishing innocent users without a proper explanation is unfair and damaging.

This experience is deeply disappointing, especially for a game I’ve enjoyed and supported. If this situation isn’t resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate the matter through official legal or consumer channels.

WePlay, remove the ban from my device and restore my account access immediately. I’ve done nothing to deserve this and expect fair treatment as a user. Don’t push loyal players away with unjust actions—do better.
