I Keep Depositing on WePlay but Casino Section and Lucky Wheel Stay Locked

I’ve deposited money on WePlay multiple times hoping to unlock the casino section and the lucky wheel, but neither has worked. Despite topping up my account repeatedly to upgrade my access, the gambling section still won’t open. I’ve done everything the system suggests, yet nothing changes. My WePlay ID is 49146551.

What’s more frustrating is that I’m financially stretched and still chose to spend what I could to enjoy the platform fully—but instead, I’m getting blocked without any explanation. I am over 18 years old and meet all the conditions, so this should not be happening.

I’m requesting an immediate review of my account and a clear answer as to why these features remain locked. If the platform promises access upon deposit, then it should deliver. Please resolve this issue and don’t ignore your users’ concerns.
