I am absolutely furious with WePlay! I can't log into my account. Every time I try, it tells me, "This account is open on another device," but I have no idea which device it's referring to! I only ever opened the account on this device, and it's been over 15 days now since I last successfully logged in. I'm completely locked out.

To make matters even worse, right after I loaded ₺ into the game, I was immediately kicked out and haven't been able to log back in since. This is a blatant injustice. I've invested my money, and now I'm being denied access and my funds are stuck.

WePlay, you need to fix this issue immediately! This message is preventing me from playing and accessing my money. Identify which device is supposedly logged in and resolve this unauthorized access, or restore my ability to log into my WePlay account now!
