I Paid 1199 INR on Weplay but My Game Credits Were Not Added

On 14th April, I made a recharge for a mobile game through the Weplay website. An amount of 1199 INR was deducted from my account, however the game credits were not added to my in‑game account with ID 95959785. Since the payment, I have not received the purchased credits, nor any confirmation reflecting the successful recharge, even though the money was taken. I have also not yet been able to reach or receive help from customer support regarding this issue. I kindly request a full refund of 1199 INR for this failed recharge, as I did not receive the service I paid for.
