Weplay App Charges ₹1,199 but Fails to Add Gold Balance

On 18 January 2026, an amount of ₹1199 was debited from my account via UPI for a top-up in the Weplay app. However, the gold was not added to the in-app balance, and neither has my money been refunded. I have tried to reach Weplay customer support regarding this issue, but have not received any response so far. I request that my missing gold be credited to my Weplay account or that the full amount of ₹1199 be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible.
