Weplay Coins Missing After ₹10,000 Paytm Recharge

I am writing regarding an issue with my Weplay app account. On 31/12/2025, I recharged my Weplay account through Paytm with an amount of ₹10,000, but the coins have not been credited and are still not showing in my account. My Weplay account is registered with the email address rohitkrish8***@gmail.com and mobile number 7838244126. Since the recharge, I have been unable to use the amount in the app, even though the money has been deducted from my Paytm balance. As I have not received the coins, I no longer wish to proceed with this recharge, and I request that the full amount of ₹10,000 be refunded immediately to my original payment method.
