I am writing regarding an issue I experienced with a purchase on the WePlay Android app. On April 8 at 11:37 PM, I made a payment of 4,000 PKR, but the corresponding in-app content was never delivered, even though the amount was successfully deducted from my account.

The payment is associated with transaction/account number 708697116746. Despite the successful charge, nothing has been credited to my WePlay account, and no correction has been made by the platform.

I request that the 4,000 PKR deducted for this failed purchase be fully refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. If necessary, I am ready to provide screenshots of the payment confirmation and any additional details to help resolve this issue quickly.
