Weplay Recharge Failed Rs 1199 Deducted via GPay but Coins Not Credited
On 20 December, I recharged my Weplay account for Rs 1199 to purchase coins, paying through GPay. The amount of Rs 1199 was successfully deducted from my GPay account, and the transaction ID is 535469094423. However, even though the payment went through, the Weplay coins have still not been credited to my account, and I did not receive any email, SMS, or in‑app notification regarding this purchase. I request that the coins corresponding to my Rs 1199 payment be credited to my Weplay account as soon as possible, or that you provide a clear resolution for this failed credit issue.
