WePlay Recharge Payment Deducted But Coins Not Received or Credited
I purchased coins from the WePlay recharge website, but although the money was deducted from my account, I did not receive the coins. Please help me with this issue by either providing the coins or refunding my payment. I just want to say that if we are paying money, the coins should be credited instantly, as delays like this cause problems and prevent us from completing top-ups.
