Beko's Poor Customer Service Left Me with a Faulty Product

Last year, I bought a steam iron from Beko, and unfortunately, it has had to be sent for service three times in a relatively short period. Every time, the iron returned with fresh problems. Following a single service, the iron completely ceased to produce steam. They said it was because of limescale and made me pay for the cleaning, but after that, a weird noise started coming from the internal mechanism. After I sent it back once more, they were unable to resolve the issue. Currently, the iron exhibits signs of wear and tear, with visible screwdriver marks, an ill-fitting cover, and an audible whistling noise that occurs after a brief period of use. It's currently functioning at a very basic level, which is quite disappointing considering the price I paid. The service that handled it refuses to accept responsibility, while another service claims it's not their concern. I had high expectations for Beko as a brand, but their service has been extremely unsatisfactory. I have been left with a defective product, and unfortunately, I am not receiving any assistance from anyone. After this experience, my trust in local brands has been shattered and I won't be selecting them in the future.

I was called by a Beko representative. The same things that were mentioned before were repeated. They stated that a service appointment would be scheduled and we would be contacted, and the product would be examined. They also declared that information, along with the photos added for the product replacement, would be provided to the regional centers. These processes have happened before as well, but we will see if it will be different this time.

I'm sorry, but I really can't understand how you could tarnish the Beko brand this much. Your representative calls me to request a service inspection for the iron, but your authorized service cancels the process without informing me or consulting with me, stating "canceled by customer request." If I hadn't received the message, the issue would have been closed like this, and I wouldn't have known. Please do whatever needs to be done, and do not engage in lying and fraud.

The process has not been concluded yet.

Despite showing the damage they caused to the iron with a photo to the Beko officials and explaining it to the service representatives, the next day they mockingly said, "Your iron is working." I will never buy or recommend Beko again.
