Defective Deerma F628S UVC Steam Machine and Unacceptable Service!
I purchased the Deerma F628S UVC Steam Machine from Ebebek. Within a month, it malfunctioned. I bought it on February 18th, and by February 28th, it was already broken. I sent it to the service center, which is apparently managed by Dale Dış Ticaret. The service took 21 days to handle it. They sent it back in a dirty and careless condition. The box was torn apart, and important documents like the warranty certificate were missing. It arrived in my hands filled with dirty water. The cover for the UVC light was even removed and not put back on. It's as if they sent me a different product altogether. The product I sent was not this dirty. While Ebebek employees tried their best to provide support, the service provided was extremely poor, as they sent an old and dirty replacement item. I'm struggling to return the product. I cannot place this dirty item in my home and let my child use it. It's disheartening when a trusted brand like Ebebek fails to deliver quality products and satisfactory service. Their negligence and unprofessionalism are unacceptable, especially when it comes to products meant for children. Ebebek must address this issue promptly and provide a suitable resolution for their customers.
