Watsons Canceled My Order After Showing Item in Stock on Their App
I bought something from the Watsons app, and it said the item was in stock, so I was pumped to place my order. But then, just two hours later, I got hit with a cancellation notice, and there was no explanation at all. If the product was out of stock, then why was I able to place an order for it initially? This really sucks because I was excited to get it, and now I'm just left hanging. I thought a big company like this would provide better service. It feels off to allow customers to complete the whole ordering process just to back out without any solid explanation. I really hope Watsons steps up their game with stock management and ordering. It would be great to see them avoid these issues in the future.
