I made an online purchase during a bargain at Watsons; nonetheless, I was delivered the incorrect item. After I asked about making an exchange, they informed me that they do not provide exchanges for items purchased online and that they can only take returns. However, I took advantage of their sale and purchased the item, but now they want me to send it back and pay the regular price for it again. Unfairly, I am required to make up for their oversight, the time and effort I wasted just for this purchase is one I can't ignore. They should have made their checks better and made me go through this. If there is such a big mistake like this one, at least they should be willing to make it right for the people they are hurting!
