I just bought some makeup at Watsons, but I want to return three of the items. The items are still in their original packaging and have not been used. But customer service hasn't gotten back to me, so I had to create a return code through their system. Since Yurtici Kargo is their official courier, I went to their branch near my house, but the system didn't recognize the code. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service to get my return taken care of, but I haven't been able to. I want someone from Watsons to help me figure this out.
