I made a purchase from Watsons on November 6, expecting reward points to be credited to my account. However, the points were never added. Despite checking the app daily, I was told, "The points were credited, but you didn’t see them," which feels dismissive and unprofessional.

As a loyal customer, I find this behavior unacceptable from a reputable company. Reward programs should function transparently, and customers should not have to chase what was promised.

I request Watsons to review my account and credit the missing points immediately. Ignoring such issues damages trust and reflects poorly on a brand claiming to value its customers. Please resolve this promptly!
