My Watsons card with the number 2620011002338 had a balance of 38,551 points. However, it later showed a negative balance of -38,551 points. I have not made any transactions that would justify this deduction, which makes the situation even more concerning. I urgently request to be contacted regarding this issue, to be assured that I will not experience any problems with my card, and for the situation to be corrected and my points to be reinstated. I rely on these points for regular purchases, and this unexpected issue has disrupted my shopping plans. It is disappointing to see such an error occur without any notification or explanation.
