Wahl Trimmer Malfunction: Blades Won't Cut After Cleaning
I recently bought a Wahl trimmer and, following the instructions, I meticulously cleaned it by unscrewing two screws and using the brush that came with it. Unfortunately, even after reassembling and lubricating it, the trimmer unexpectedly stopped cutting after just three uses. It's quite annoying to have spent about 600 ₺ only to come across this problem. Regrettably, I am unable to find the receipt for the trimmer, even though it is still covered by the warranty. Can the seller retrieve it from their records? In addition, I've observed that the blades do not line up perfectly, even after being cleaned, and the trimmer produces an unusually loud sound while in use.
Hello, you are most likely experiencing issues due to the screws not fitting properly. You can try again. However, if you request a repair, you will need to take it to the institution where you purchased it or to an authorized service center along with the sales receipt.
