It's been a while since I last used the VSCO photo app. I simply activated it to take advantage of the 7-day free trial, and then promptly removed it. Nevertheless, on August 3rd, a charge of ₺200 appeared on my account without my authorization. I have noticed an additional charge on my bill and I would like a refund of the amount. It appears that others have also been impacted by this situation. They chose not to use the app and deleted it too. Why is this permissible? Has anyone been successful in receiving a refund, or could someone provide guidance on canceling the subscription? I would greatly appreciate any advice.
