I Face PicsArt Auto Renewal and No Refund After Free Trial Cancellation

I used the free trial version of the PicsArt app and canceled my subscription before the trial period ended. Despite this, the app automatically renewed a one-year subscription and charged ₺520 to my mobile phone bill. This is the first time something like this has happened to me, and I find it unacceptable to be charged even though I canceled before the trial expired.

When I contacted my mobile operator, they said they couldn’t help and advised me to reach out to the app developer directly. I also contacted the PicsArt support team, but received no response.

I request a full refund of the ₺520 and ask that this issue be investigated and resolved promptly to prevent further inconvenience.
