If VSCO charged you without your consent and you want to get a refund as quickly as possible;

Request a refund through the correct channel;

• If charged via Apple → Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com
• If charged via Google Play → Go to Payments & subscriptions → Request a refund
• If charged directly by VSCO → Contact VSCO Support through their help center

When contacting support, clearly state;

• That the charge was made without your consent
• That you did not knowingly authorize or confirm the payment
• The exact date and amount of the charge
• Your account email and platform (iOS / Android / Web)

Ask them to;

• Confirm why the charge was processed
• Verify whether it was linked to a trial or system error
• Cancel the subscription immediately
• Issue a full refund to your original payment method

If your refund request is denied;

Consider posting a complaint on Xolvie to bring visibility to the issue and push for a resolution.
