FaceApp withdrew ₺1000 from my account even though I never completed any purchase. I only tried to activate the 7-day free trial, but without any warning or confirmation screen, the app immediately charged me this excessive amount. I didn’t click any button to approve payment, nor did I receive a clear notification that I’d be billed.
This is extremely misleading. I never intended to buy anything, and certainly not for ₺1000. The fact that such a large amount was taken without my consent is unacceptable. I double-checked my settings and subscriptions, and everything shows that I was still within the trial period.
I am urgently requesting a full refund of the ₺1000 charge that was taken without my permission. FaceApp must review this unauthorized transaction and improve transparency in how its free trial and billing system works. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and confirm the refund has been processed.
