PicsArt Charged ₺519 Without My Consent and I Need an Immediate Refund
About a week ago, PicsArt charged ₺519 from my account without my approval, any prior notice, or even a confirmation message. I never purchased or confirmed a subscription, and this payment was completely unauthorized.
I only discovered the charge after checking my account, and I immediately canceled the subscription upon realizing what had happened. I never received any service or used any premium features. It is unacceptable for a company to withdraw money without user consent or notification.
I’m asking PicsArt to process a full refund of the ₺519 that was taken from my account without permission. Please handle this request urgently and ensure that no further charges are made without explicit approval.
