If your subscription auto-renewed on VSCO without notice and you want to resolve it;
Check your subscription and billing details first;
• Open the App Store / Google Play → Subscriptions
• Confirm if VSCO shows as active and see the renewal date
• Check your email (including spam) for any renewal notice from VSCO
• Check your bank/card statement for the exact charge date and amount
• Note the platform (iOS, Android, Web) used for the subscription
Cancel the auto-renewal;
• In App Store (iOS):
Open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions
Find VSCO, tap Cancel Subscription
• In Google Play (Android):
Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Find VSCO, tap Cancel subscription
• If subscribed directly via VSCO website:
Log in to your VSCO account → Account / Subscriptions → Cancel
Request a refund;
• If charged via Apple:
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com → Request a refund for the VSCO charge
• If charged via Google Play:
Open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history → Refund
• If charged directly by VSCO:
Contact VSCO Support via their Help Center and ask them to;
• Explain why you weren’t notified of the renewal
• Cancel the subscription immediately
• Issue a full refund to your original payment method
• Confirm cancellation in writing
