Volvo SOS Emergency Not Working
Last year, I brought my brand new XC90 to the service center for its first maintenance appointment. Ever since that day, the SOS system has been malfunctioning. According to service officials, they have been patiently awaiting the arrival of the necessary software for nearly 3 years. Unfortunately, despite the passage of time, the problem remains unresolved. I was taken aback by a Volvo that failed to address this security issue. I couldn't condone the risky situation they left unresolved, especially considering their reputation for security.
