I’ve Waited 9 Months for Volvo XC40 Powertrain Repair with No Fix or Replacement
My Volvo XC40 has been sitting at the authorized Adana Oto Koç service center for 9 months due to a drivetrain and propulsion system malfunction. Since I brought it in, I’ve been repeatedly told that the necessary parts are on backorder, but no real solution has been offered and the repair still hasn’t been completed.
This issue occurred while my vehicle was still under warranty, yet I’ve been left without a car for nearly a year. Throughout this ordeal, I have received zero support or alternative transportation options from the service team. It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating to be treated this way by a brand like Volvo, which I expected to stand behind its products.
Given the excessive wait time and ongoing inconvenience, I am formally requesting that my vehicle be replaced with a flawless equivalent model. I urge Volvo to take immediate action and resolve this issue without further delay. I expect my complaint to be taken seriously and resolved promptly.
