Volkswagen App Displays Incorrect Trim Level for Passat R-Line

I noticed that my 2020 Volkswagen Passat R-Line shows up as "Elegance" trim in the equipment section of the Volkswagen app. My car was purchased as — and is — an R-Line, and that is what it should reflect.
This discrepancy does not appear in any service documents or on the vehicle's registration; I only spotted the error on the Volkswagen app's system screen. No explanation has been offered to me by the authorized service center or through any other channel.
I am requesting that my vehicle's trim information be corrected to R-Line across your systems and in the app so that it accurately reflects the actual configuration of my car. I ask that the necessary review be carried out, the record be updated, and that I be notified once it has been resolved.
