Volkswagen Refused to Fix My Passat’s Sunroof Issue Despite Visible Cracks




In 2018, I purchased my 2018 Volkswagen Passat Comfortline with a sunroof from your dealership. I had previously contacted A*** O** regarding cracks that appeared on the sunroof cover of my vehicle. However, I was told that it was not covered under warranty and was sent back without any assistance. I specifically requested that photos of the issue be sent to Volkswagen’s headquarters, but nothing was done. Today, December 16, 2024, when I got into my car, I noticed that water was leaking into the front passenger area due to the ongoing rain. Before pursuing legal action, I wanted to inform you about the situation. I have attached photos for your reference. Additionally, my car has been regularly maintained by an authorized service center since I bought it.
