Opel Corsa Elegance Screen Keeps Dimming Since I Bought It

I purchased my Opel Corsa Elegance in December 2022, and right from the start, I've been experiencing problems with the multimedia screen dimming. Initially, it was a rare occurrence, but lately, it has escalated to a daily issue and is worsening significantly. I brought the vehicle to the authorized service center, and they informed me that it only required a software update. Nonetheless, this explanation seems inadequate considering that the problem has existed since the very beginning. It's really disappointing to encounter this kind of issue in a fairly new vehicle, particularly when you anticipate everything to work seamlessly. I selected this vehicle with great hopes, but now I'm frequently distracted while driving due to the screen dimming unexpectedly.
