Paint Peeling in 2016 Volkswagen Jetta Comfortline

The paint on the inside of the left door of my 2016 model Volkswagen Jetta Comfortline, which I purchased brand new, has experienced significant swelling, measuring about 4cm. During my visit to the service center for maintenance, I brought up this particular situation. They snapped some pictures, inspected the door, and submitted a warranty claim for repairs. After a month, the service finally got back to me and explained that they had used pressurized water to wash the inside of the door. Unfortunately, this caused the paint to become irritated and swell. I mentioned that there would be a charge involved, but they insisted on asking for 7000 TL for a minor flaw measuring 4 cm. I was deeply disappointed by the behavior of the Volkswagen company. I have always placed my trust in them and have only taken my car to their service center since I purchased it. I was disappointed by the response provided for a vehicle with a 10-year paint warranty. We regret to inform you that using pressurized water to wash Volkswagen vehicles is not recommended due to potential risks that may arise unexpectedly. If needed, I can escalate this matter to Volkswagen Germany.
