I'm tired of Vodafone's constant lies and misleading information, which only cause embarrassment and waste of money. They persuaded me to upgrade to an unlimited plan by promising 45GB of hotspot data for only 29 TL (the main reason I switched). I was supposed to have a monthly internet sharing allowance of 60GB. However, they now claim that there is no such deal and that I must pay 150 TL for a regular 20GB package. Every year, the same problem arises: whenever we change our plans, we are subjected to months of misery. I desperately need someone knowledgeable to call and finally solve this problem. Vodafone, enough already! I demand honesty and transparency. Stop misleading your customers by making false promises. It's time to put an end to this nightmare and treat your devoted customers with dignity and fairness.
