Stuck on Vodafone Prepay with Limited Data Despite Promised Bill Plan for 3 Months

I switched my mobile number to Vodafone three months ago, and I was promised a seamless transition to a billing plan. However, despite repeated attempts and assurances, I remain stuck on a prepaid plan with limited data.
Currently, I am paying ₺350 for a mere 25GB of data, which is severely restricting my internet usage. I was particularly drawn to Vodafone's bill plans, which offer unlimited social media usage and 25GB of data for ₺350 – the same price I'm paying now for a significantly inferior plan.
When I initially switched to Vodafone, I was informed that the bill plan would be activated within a month. However, three months have passed, and I am still unable to access the promised plan. I have contacted customer service numerous times, but each time I am met with vague excuses and empty promises.
They couldn't reach me because I was busy, I want them to reach out again.
